Privacy Policy

Last updated: 22 July 2026

1. What we collect

  • Account details — your email address and name, from Google when you sign in.
  • Author content — the documents Expert Authors upload and the expert knowledge generated from them.
  • Usage records — the questions you ask, which expert answered, timestamps, and technical measures of each answer (such as its size and duration). Server logs record requests and errors.
  • One session cookie — to keep you signed in. We use no advertising or third-party analytics trackers.

2. How we use it

To operate the platform: signing you in, generating answers, granting members-only access, keeping the platform safe (abuse prevention and moderation), and understanding usage and costs. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Who processes it

  • Google — sign-in (we receive your email and name; we never see your password).
  • Anthropic — our AI provider: your question and the expert's published knowledge are sent to it to generate each answer.
  • Render — hosting; data is stored on its infrastructure.
  • Stripe — payments for members-only experts; we never see your card details. The email you pay with is used to enable your access.

4. Who sees what

An expert's author manages the member list for their own experts (the emails they add). Platform administrators can see usage records to operate the platform. Other users never see your questions.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep data for as long as your account or published experts are active, and as needed for security and legal obligations. To request access to or deletion of your data, contact support@expertpage.ai.

6. Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above changes when we do.

7. Contact

Privacy questions and requests: support@expertpage.ai.
