Terms of Service
Last updated: 22 July 2026
1. Who we are
ExpertPage ("the platform", "we") is operated by Sanskrit Steel LLC. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. What the platform is
ExpertPage lets people ("Expert Authors") publish AI experts built from their own knowledge and documents, and lets users ask those experts questions. Experts and their knowledge are created by their authors, not by us: the platform provides the technology, the authors provide the content.
3. Accounts
You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into these terms to use the platform.
4. Your content
Expert Authors keep ownership of the documents and knowledge they upload. By publishing an expert you grant us the licence needed to host, process, and serve that content — including sending it to our AI provider to generate answers. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload, for its accuracy, and for complying with our Content Policy.
5. AI-generated answers
Answers are generated by artificial intelligence from the material an expert's author published. They can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Answers are information, not professional advice — they are not medical, legal, financial, or other regulated advice, and no professional relationship is created by using an expert. Always consult a qualified professional before acting on anything important.
6. Members-only experts and payments
Some experts are members-only. Payment for access is processed by Stripe under its own terms; we never see your card details. Access is linked to the email you sign in with and is normally enabled shortly after payment. For cancellations or payment issues, contact us at support@expertpage.ai.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform: no unlawful use, no attempts to break, overload, or probe it, no scraping of other authors' content, and no use of the platform to violate the Content Policy.
8. Moderation and termination
We may remove or delist experts, suspend accounts, or refuse service where these terms or the Content Policy are violated, or where we reasonably believe the platform or its users are at risk. Authors can unpublish their experts at any time.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The platform is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on AI-generated answers. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above changes when we do. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.
